• Prepare production schedule according to customer requirement, machine capacity, materials availability and food safety system procedure.• Prepare daily production plan, distribute production schedule or work orders to production and internal departments• Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production or engineering.• Follow up as required with RMPM Planners to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.• Conduct production meeting (to report production progress and output) with production team and RMPM planner. Highlight significant issues of production delay, material supply problems and human issue.• Attend weekly discussion with customers on production plan.• Ensure all the orders been updated into production planning in barcode system. Adjust or update if any amendment of orders or changed of date of production
