With a professional background in healthcare, and wanting to help people live their best lives, I decided to become an osteopath. Aiming to offer a safe and reassuring therapeutic environment, I am enthusiastic to help the patients improve their quality of life and get back to their valued activities.While studying for my Masters in Osteopathy at Swansea University, I earned additional qualifications in pitch side first aid training and kinesiology taping for the best management of sports injuries. I have a particular interest in treating headaches and stress-related issues. For this purpose, I took additional training in the osteopathic management of stress and anxiety. Lastly, I conducted my dissertation on the effects of osteopathy during and after pregnancy, along with further training in the osteopathic management of post-partum patients to best accompany mums during their recovery journey.In my spare time, I enjoy practising yoga and meditation. As a culinary enthusiast, I also enjoy making all sorts of cuisines for my family. I am a multilingual osteopath. Get in touch if you feel like practising your French!
