• Ensuring service excellence level to CAE customers. • Promoting & cross selling bank products.• Following up and ensuring adhering bank policies.• Preparing Checks for Clearing and Collection.• Solving client’s problems & initiating options and solutions.• Reviewing checklists.• Following up special instructions concerning T/D,C/Ds • Participating in business solicitation.• Following up special instructions concerning T/D , C/Ds• Performing financial and service transactions for all customers (Draft issuance, payment orders, FX transactions, Travelers Checks, purchase / sales, clearing of Checks) in an efficient and effective way.• Ensuring the adherence of Central Bank local requirements and standard operating procedures.• Describing and / or demonstrating the use of all distribution channels (ATMs, Phone plus, Visa Cards, etc…).• Train / coach junior tellers.• Actively delivers superior customer experience.• Opening / Renewing and breaking all types of T/Ds – CDs.• Issuance of Manager Checks- Bank Drafts – Certified Checks.
