Researcher on local and transboundary political ecologies issues, especially on the Nile. Through extensive fieldwork experiences in Egypt, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Kenya, supported by archival work, my work expands to study grievances and struggles shared by communities living around key lakes and wetlands along the Nile. Currently conducting PhD research at SOAS in the Political Science department and aim to be an active scholar, being a policy consultant at Nature Conservation in Egypt (NCE) and Reseau Tanmo.
