• Leading weekly meetings to track indicator progress with Transversal Activities POCs (Line of businesses covered include Messaging, Security, Application Management France Customers, Application Management Intternational Customers & Internal IT, Infrastructure and DIH.• Accept and process administrative requests for field creation, improvement, or modification within the controlled applications.• review and publish on a periodic basis the progress of current RFCs requested by customers / Operation teams.

• Regular daily analysis and communication on the status of IT Delivery tools• Maintain regular communication with the Line of Business transversal SPOC in the development of application.• Daily check for errors in the data within business critical fields.• Monthly review with LoB managers to take action on missing data in the tools.• Monthly contribution to overall data integrity KPI reporting consolidated by KPI & DI manager.

• Perform maintenance (life cycle) for Mobile Messaging services• Perform support level 2 of Mobile Messaging services for all Messaging customers (Exchange, Notes/Domino, SMTP). This mission includes the TIO function if necessary (schedule, priorities management, configuration with respect of Project overview).• Provide day to day maintenance and complex change request on Mobile Messaging services to Equant customers.

To provide support throughout the Case Excellence Process to IT Services Customers, including processing of Customers Calls/Inquiries, Case opening, qualification and management, troubleshooting and resolution.To be responsible for the management of both proactive and reactive cases ensuring a professional and consistent delivery of quality services to our Customers
