Student Recruitment Advisor
CurrentTrebas Institute • Daily correspondence via telephone and email with prospective students.• Provide effective and professional written and oral communication with all prospectivestudents.• Responsible for campus tours as school recruitment ambassador.• Identify and understanding student needs via one-to-one consultation.• Provide a bespoke customer service to all students, assessing requirements and makingrecommendations in line with individual needs.• Manage student applications from original inquiry through to enrollment.• Work with prospective students, applicants, and their families to provide high-qualityadvising on university/school admission requirements, academic programs, school life andfinancial requirements.• Maintain a conversion rate on all types of inquiries from lead to an interview, interview toenrollment and enrollment to start of the program.• Accountable for business growth through effective sales activity; consultative sales,consistent following up, delivering relevant information to prospective students in a timelymanner.• Meet and exceed annual, monthly, and quarterly starts, referrals, targets, and objectivesas per tenure expectations.• Responsible for developing and delivering the recruitment and sales strategy to meetambitious targets within agreed budget and timeframes.• Develop effective processes using Salesforce to manage, to monitor and convert inquiriesgenerated from campaigns and inquiries from the website by phone, email and in-person.
