During my internship in Generali, I helped the Internal Control Team with their missions, focusing on the Sales network. We first started by figuring out the controls and missions that needed to be undertaken for the year. To be able to do that, we worked on the analysis of the Risk Map of the activity. Every one of these potential risks was categorized by level of importance, and starting there, we were able to have a Internal Control Plan for the year.

In Valorem, I joined the Management Control team. I helped with the realisation of succint reportings, analysing the 2018 budget and helping with creating the 2019 budget. This all came with many meetings with different managers of Valorem, and discussions about their expenses, and how to make them more meaningful to the growth of Valorem.I was also trained to use POWER BI.
