Selling off plan property to clients worldwide, from all walks of life. Meeting targets; both individual and team targets. Liaising with solicitors, and surveyors throughout the legal progression of the sale to the point of exchange.Ability to tailor information provided to the client, to suit their requirements. Vast knowledge of the property industry within London, UK and knowledge of other areas worldwide of interest within the property industry.

Understanding the process of selling a property from the point of valuation, and building rapport with the client/seller. Then marketing the property accurately with the ability to take accurate measurements, draw the floor plan and present the property well for photographs to enable the best possible marketing; on line and otherwise for each individual property. This also plays a part with the customer service. Finding the right purchaser for each property marketed. Actively building rapport with purchasers and sellers to enable a long term successful sales rate and not just looking at the short term. Also liaising with solicitors to progress the sale until the point of exchange of contracts and then on to completion.

Managing a rota for 9 members of staff, for an organisation that is open 7 days a week and open 11 or 12 hours a day. Ensuring a positive relationship between higher management and team members as well as effective communication. Calculating pay for wages as well, commission, and working out profits and costs monthly. Successfully managing the marketing for the business within the budget provided. Managing diaries for all staff members, booking clients, dealing with complaints and queries. Ordering stock, and managing sales, as well as incentivising staff with sales and within the over all working environment.
