My team consisted of 15 voluntary exchange participants from 7 countries and worked with several numbers of local art businesses and organizations in order to boost their sales while preserving Sundanese traditional arts at the same time. As the project manager, my responsibilities included: 1. Developed a detailed project plan to monitor and tracked progress2. Coordinated internal resources and external organizations and vendors for the flawless execution of the project3. Delegated project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels4. Organized activities and developed reports to ensure all deliverables to be done thoroughly to meet the best standard and timeline5. Tracked and measured project's OKR according to AIESEC's standard
