As an equity partner and senior consultant at RSG Consulting, she helped to build the business into a global consulting and research firm over thirteen years. With expertise in quantitative and qualitative research and analysis, Yasmin devises the methodologies behind many research programmes and thought leadership reports such as the well-known RSG India Report. Her deep knowledge covers law firm management and leadership, emerging legal markets, digital transformation and innovation in the law. She is a skilled facilitator, speaker and coach and was part of the executive leadership team which launched the Digital Legal Exchange, the non-profit, global learning institute committed to accelerating digital transformation in corporate legal departments.  Yasmin regularly writes about legal market change in the Financial Times, and is a regular speaker and presenter at FT, law firm and industry events.
