As a former fellow of the Yunus & Youth Fellowship Program, I worked as a Community Manager to help make sure all alumni and current fellows get the best out of their experience in the program.My role included:- Facilitating connections among alumni;- Featuring alumni in communications channels;- Organizing online networking sessions;- Curating external opportunities and useful resources for the alumni.

A Mentorship Programme for social entrepreneurs, covering the following topics: purpose, customer segments, value proposition, market & growth, revenue model, marketing strategy, activities & operations, key resources, partners & stakeholders, finances. RefEd was selected among more than 800 social ventures to participate at 2019 cohort, along with 21 other projects.

Organized an event designed to connect social investors and NGOs, applying an international methodology from The Funding Network for the first time in Brazil.

I improved the meetings tracking and evaluation system at the organization by implementing simple management tools that made a significant difference. I also assisted consultants in several meetings by providing my perspective and keeping in touch with NGOs.

Worked at a social project with the homeless population of the region, focusing on basic human rights such as habitation, nutrition, access to culture and job opportunity. Helped organize an event at the local Legislative Assembly in order to bring awareness to representatives of the private and public sectors about the real needs of the homeless population in southern Brazil.
