Deliver data network connectivity solutions for integrating various GSM Voice & Data services over Access-IP/MPLS Mobile backhauling Network.- Ensure that the designated technical lead on the Allocated Access IP/MPLS Network Projects and all activities are carried out as requested within the time and budget constraints.- Collaborate with our internal customers & vendors during solution design phase for optimum solution delivery.- Focus on QOS requirements implementation for critical voice and data services.- 100% IP Network QOS TX End-to-End Monitoring, Measurements KPI’s ,Capacity Dimensioning & Reporting to avoid any congestion that may occurs due to any reason at Access IP/MPLS and TX Microwave network.- Support operational teams when needed to resolve complex network cases which require configuration changes or upgrades.- Create and maintain network documentation LLD & HLD.- Introduce new transmission technologies and solutions to network.- Ensure proper capacity usage and adjustments to accommodate user traffic as per Orange capacity KPIs and CapEx/OpEx rules.- Organize work with internal partners to evaluate and design solutions for business and customer requirements which will integrate and enhance the network.

- 100% of problem solving of Transmission planning tool (to cope with our needs with support of TX team)- Perform transmission roadmap based on MW vendor’s roadmap and Orange validation plan.- 100% participating and attending technical meeting with Orange to share experience.- Finish transmission planning guidelines for MW design by support of Ericsson transmission expert- Finish transmission traffic management & architecture guidelines for transmission network.- Introduction of new features and state-of-the-art technologies for the new challenging services- Follow-up with Vendor for software releases and update.- Perform new processes for value chain optimization across transmission teams, integration and business orientation.- MW hardware capabilities (E/// & NEC) awareness sessions for transmission access team.- Transmission QOS enable feature needed on-job knowhow transfer.- Technical specifications definition and technical support for transmission access team based on MW features.- Study and decide in which condition we can use high power ODUs and high system gain for (E/// & NEC).- Identify NMS upgrade features needed (E/// & NEC) and aligned with different SW releases.- Finish Dual stack enabling in Alex area- Make sure that the guidelines are being followed by the Team- Study and decide the transmission network readiness and needs for LTE (by end of year).

Transmission Planning - Provide high quality transmission with minimum interference levels- Frequency assignment ( high/low conflicts)- Interference reduction using XPIC feature using CCDP(Co-Channel Dual Polarized) & ACCP(Adjacent Channel Co Polarized)- Frequency sweep analyzer to scan for licences channel- ITU rules & regulations (terrain study, geography, rainfall attenuation, fade margins, multi-path propagation, Bit Error Rate BER)Optimise Transmission KPI’s - according to ITU recommendation.- Optimize TX Network and trends improvement daily- Analyzing OMC-R traffic (action on discrepancies discovered on statistics daily)- Verification with Transmission KPI's by investigation of NE alarm- Tune transmission and optimized to ensure maximum availability with minimum number of MW links.Long term capacity planning - Ensure efficiency for all access nodes- Upgrade the capacity of the network for launching HSPA services- GSM (Abis over IP) Design TDM to IP migrated- RAN 2G/3G capacity dimensioning multi scenario

Perform microwave link planning and design. Able to prepare link budget and cross-connection plan for each region. Follow up Technical Site. Plan, check, and assign capacity accordingly. Prepare, update the relevant Database for selected area. Able to plan and provide DCN solutions for SDH/PDH. Equipment network management.Various duties and tasks:- Transport Network, e.g. Access network planning.- In depth knowledge of microwave link planning and design.- Traffic Management, Capacity Analysis & planning or Access Network Capacity Planning.Using the Path Loss tool:- Site & Path Survey.- Network Topology Planning.- Link Budget Calculation.- Frequency Planning & interference.- Network Optimization.
