My career and experience have grown from my childhood hobbies; gardening, creating brands, and developing marketing collateral. I loved to come up with brand names, logo designs and put together “catalogs” in hopes to pitch my brand to my friends and family. Growing up I was considered a chatterbox as I would love to talk to anyone and everyone. I have carried these skills over to my adulthood and used them to my advantage. While working with Bunnings I was able to create a strong customer loyalty base with customers specifically coming to speak with me and get advice. I think like a customer. When people contact me I understand they have a goal in mind and want an action completed. My first goal as a customer service team member has always been to make sure that customer gets what they came for.When I get into a job, I want to know everything, what can I do? How can we do it? Why do we do this? The devils are often in the detail, so I can make sure to be precise and detail-oriented. I strive to build my reputation at work by keeping open lines of communication with teammates and customers in different fictional roles to find out what they know and how best to work with them. I navigate between com times competing goals of the firm and customer by applying what I’ve learned through this communication. I use every opportunity to learn and better my customer service skills. This creates hassle-free, quick, customer service resulting in customer satisfaction 1005 of the time.My high energy and passion for fun come with me in my day-to-day life. I take pride in doing a little bit of everything. In addition to my career, I’ve had the opportunity to create informative how-to videos with over 71,000 views on YouTube showcasing the hardwood mills project. Where I can build an experience for customers to clearly understand all that the product has to offer. I also keep busy constantly learning about the new horticulture products to better my customer service. These two polar opposite jobs show how flexible I can be when trained. It is definitely not uncommon to see me working two jobs on the same day. Sometimes it can be difficult to juggle but I always find it rewarding to never having a dull day at work.
