- Coordinate with Etisalat internal departments to monitor and handle roaming related complaints (Technical / Bill Disputes)- Monitor the network performance from Roaming perspective & interface with technical departments to enhance Inbound Roamers’ experience- Collaborated in producing the yearly commercial and budget plans for each year since Y2010- Prepare reports, presentations and analysis to track and analyze the actual situation to the management to ensure their full awareness of the actual performance and objective achievement- Ensure the maximum inflow of foreign currency to the company through inbound roaming activities- Preparing and launching promotions and propositions, that would increase revenues, enhance customer experience and/or enhance Etisalat image in the market- Responsible for product renovation & innovation- Monitor roaming agreements performance in terms of functionality and revenue generation- Monitoring and forecasting performance and revenues of new roaming programs, products, services in line with the roaming plan- Launching the Project of the year: Introducing the “Unlimited Data Usage While Roaming” by allowing customers to travel with their local data package without any additional fees
