    YOTS relies on funding for its operations therefore, the capture and storage of student information is an important aspect of this role. YOTS also applies for NCCD funding for students requiring significant adjustment for their schooling, there is specific documentation required to support the applications. The role required an understanding of the PMO and workstream process so I could pro-actively manage the workstream to required deliverables and timeframes. This involved assisting Project Managers with their monthly reporting requirements such as KPI reports, dashboards, expense reports and spend reports. This ensured the portfolio manager received them in sufficient time to submit to the work stream controller for the overall portfolio report.
