As an international recruiter, my goal is to break down barriers and connect talent across the globe 🌍As an internationalist, I’ve been working globally since the start of my career, participating in recruitment projects of varying scales and complexities in countries like the United States, England, Ireland, Mexico, and Brazil. Each hiring process is a unique journey, and I’m fortunate to oversee each step, ensuring clear and humanized communication between candidates and teams.But my purpose goes beyond work. I’m passionate about creating opportunities for women in economically vulnerable situations, which led me to found an organization dedicated to female empowerment. In 2019, I had the privilege of being selected for a diplomatic mission to the United States, where I deepened my knowledge of leadership and social entrepreneurship. I was also honored to be one of the 30 young leaders chosen for the Latin American Leadership Academy in Mexico.
