• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.• Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.• Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.• Coordinates with all project related personnel (onshore and offshore) on day-to-day progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.• Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for project.

Supervise team of quantity surveyors to estimate the project budget and resources.• Preparation of budget histograms, tables, curves, resource logs (Manpower, Materials, and Equipment) as reference baselines for the control during the various project execution phases.• Calculation of prolongation costs (for time-based resources) due to extension using contractually defined parameters.• Calculation of disruption costs due to delays attributable to client.Participating in regular meetings for discussing and defending cost claims.• Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.

• Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software Primavera P-6.• Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all inputs (manpower, equipments and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.• Develop work method of statement or procedure as required.• Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS excel, MS Project, Primavera.• Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required.• Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan.• Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products, engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all discipline.
