A team leader and a Senior Designer in the OSSI team. These OSS interfaces include a CORBA interface using the JIDM (Joint Inter-Domain Management) standard, a CMIP (Common management information protocol), an XML (extended markup language) and an OSSJ (Operational Support Systems through Java) interfaces.- Holder of two design patents in the OSSI paradigm (US 2007/0130192 & US 2006/0288020)- A regular member of company’s team in ITU conferences - A contributor to the JIDM standard discussions (ITU Standard)- The architect of the 5620 CORBA product (a distributed multi-threaded application). This product uses the JIDM standard to provide a CORBA access to the 5620 NM system. - The designer of a script-based automated tester “jidmTester”. This utility reduced the time and effort needed every build to test the 5620 CORBA. This utility was adopted by Alcatel labs for path-provisioning demos and testing.- Designed and supervised the implementation of a custom CORBA EventChannel. This custom EventChannel proved to be twice faster than the standard EventChannel.

A Key contributor to Sakhr’s ArabicOffice applications.- Designed and implemented a stand-alone multi-threaded printing core used by multiple products.- Designed and implemented Object Oriented text displayer utility with full functionality (bilingual, alignment, multi-style, multi-font, …etc) which was used in the Ustaz Arabic word processor. - Designed and implemented common Arabic APIs to allow the department applications to run on Arabic and non Arabic windows.- Designed and implemented a framework for the first multimedia installation program in the company. This framework was adopted by almost all departments in the company for installation programs.
