Responsibilities:•Establish the Architectural Corporate Identity based on the business management objectives.•Supervise the conceptual designs preparations/creations according to the business requirements.•In charge of presentations of the designs for the CEO of the Bank & Other Senior Business Managements such as Retail, Treasury, Private Banking & Corporate Groups Managers. •In charge of inviting the outsourcing consultants for sites supervisions & design service’s bedding.•In charge of classifying the contractors pre-qualifications.•Supervise the preparation of project documents for the neither design, bedding and construction works neither for the in house design works nor outsourced designer offices. •Full authority of operating, hiring/assigning, terminating & selecting the capable staff (team members) either the bank’s team or outsourcing consulting offices team & define/assign the scope of work & duties for each one of them.•Full responsibility to evaluate & promote all the assigned project’s team achievements at end of quarters & end of the years.
