As an HVAC Technical Office Engineer, I specialize in the design, analysis, and optimization of comprehensive HVAC systems, including VRV/VRF, for a variety of building projects, with a strong emphasis on healthcare facilities such as hospitals and specialized spaces like auditoriums. I leverage advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HAP to create precise mechanical system layouts and detailed technical drawings, ensuring compliance with ASHRAE standards for optimal performance and safety.My responsibilities include performing heat load calculations to optimize HVAC system efficiency, preparing schematic drawings and technical submittals while meticulously reviewing calculations for accuracy. I develop and review shop drawings to meet project specifications and prepare comprehensive quotations and technical/financial proposals for clients.I provide essential technical support to the sales team and clients, fostering satisfaction through effective communication. Collaborating with project managers and engineers, I help develop detailed engineering plans while monitoring project progress and evaluating performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.
