- Responsible of initiating the Original projects of the company.- Structured the integrated system between the departments of the company.- Responsible of making sure the daily operations working perfectly.- Responsible of the communication management plan.- Designed the HR management plan.- Re-tailored the project management professional rules and system to be suitable with a the media environment.- Responsible of constantly evolving the internal system of the company.- Led a special unit to produce a media project in Al Farafra.- Co-created the creative ideas of several ads, campaigns, and original projects.

- Structured the new branch of vision in Cairo.- Built a Team of architects and led them as the senior architect and the branch manager.- Restructured the main office in Dumitta.- Implemented the project management professional rules and system in the company.- Worked on Designing several building in Dumitta and Mansoura.- Supervised the internal finishing processes in a building in 6 October city and an apartment in Obour city in Cairo.

- Worked on a multi-billion project scale.- Prepared high detailed shop-drawings for the architectural details.- Made the materials packages (plans, locations, BOQs, and specs) in all of the project.- Worked in an ISO 9001:2008 environment.- Led a team of structure engineer, quantity surveyors, and drafter in a separate unit to finish time limited tasks.- The ISO environment, the detailed work, and the large scale of the project made the integration of the project management much clearer in my mind.
