Design and implement the software architecture, providing the strategic vision and tactical plan for a team of software engineers, leading, coaching, code reviewing and supporting the team in developing applications based on MS Dynamics CRM, MVC technologies.- Following agile "Scrum" processes, establish schedules, assign duties, apply work standards and to complete features within estimated time frame.- Collaborate with client product, QA, operations, and management to define the features roadmap and deliver efficient applications.- Provide technical expertise and ensure that the team is consistently delivering working software to the standards the department expects.- Inspired every team member to perform and produce his or her best- Support the team members technically in order to make sure that the features developed by my team produced with the highest possible quality in the fastest possible time

- Report direct to Management.- Ensure that the development of projects is delivered effectively, efficiently, on-time.- Understanding of customer requirements and ensure delivery of these requirements- Coaching & Guide team efforts towards successful project delivery.- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits- Agile- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan and design applications- Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.- Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
