• Build and maintain strong relationships with EMEA business units, bottlers and R&D. Evaluate client satisfaction. • Understand client needs and translate these into lab support activity• Input to strategic planning about forecast and actuals• Flow management of lab testing based on client expectations and defined service level agreements• Responsible for the effective operations of IMCR /Complaints investigation for EMEA• Technical Manager for European Quality Center• Lead the forensic investigations: analytical/sensory pathways to follow, in depthanalysis, root cause investigation, coordination with other teams and departments• Subject Matter Expert on product degradation, visual defects and off-notes formation• Give troubleshooting support to bottlers and business units including contact with third party labs• Be the primary contact person for the BU to communicate investigation results, translate findingsinto concrete information with respect to the urgency and confidentiality regarding product composition• Drive the networking with other teams involved in IMCR/complaint analysis and flavor chemistry (Science team Atlanta, R&D Brussels, Packaging, SRA)• Ensure continuous improvement of the process by developing KPI's and taking necessary corrective actions

• Give support to the Sensory Specialist by conducting sensory analysis and sensory trainings for bottlers• Give support to the complaints and IMCR Senior Analyst by conducting forensic investigations• Give on site liquid chromatography support to the bottling plants in Europe• Handle and manage specific requests from bottlers and business units• Back-up for the Complaint Senior Analyst, Sensory Specialist and Process Engineer

• Responsible for developments, validations, analysis and troubleshooting on HPLC/UPLC• Back-up for the LC Team Leader• Audits of lab activities and quality system• Training and coaching on LC and internal auditing
