I am a product design lead at VOLET Technologies, a fintech startup that aims to become the next big Neobank in Africa. With more than seven years of experience in UX and product design, I have a strong background and passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and features that enhance the security, accessibility, and usability of financial services and products. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a Bachelor of Technology degree from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, where I received a full scholarship and multiple awards.As a product design lead, I use Figma as my main tool to design, prototype, and test solutions that solve real problems for our users and customers. I also use my skills in user experience writing, user research, wireframing, and testing to communicate the value proposition and functionality of our products. In addition, I lead and mentor a team of talented designers and developers, and collaborate with other stakeholders and partners to deliver high-quality and innovative products that meet the needs and expectations of the market. I am always eager to learn new technologies, tools, and trends, and to share my knowledge and insights with others. I am also actively involved in the tech and design community, having been an advisor, organizer, and curator for various TEDx events and Techstars Startup Weekends.
