• Led the implementation of Windows 7 and Office 2010 to multiple Qatar government affiliates; direct report included 2 developers 12 systems engineers and 2 quality assurance• Supervised and managed Microsoft Software Asset Management (SAM) process for multiple affiliates based on Microsoft best practice• Led successfully the deployment of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 platform for over than 20,000 users• Created and designed all related technical documentation for Windows and & Office deployment projects; managed all deliverables and obtained customers’ sign-off• Designed and implemented Desktop Optimization using Windows and Microsoft Office (DOWO) solution for Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Foreign Affair, Ministry of Finance and Kahramaa. • Managed new products introduction to all Microsoft clients in the State of Qatar; specialized in windows 2008, Exchange 2007, System Center Operation Manager and Configuration Manager• Extensive experience in SCCM 2007 and Operating Deployment Systems• Designed and deployed new network infrastructure solutions based on Microsoft system products roadmap; such solutions included Windows 2003 and 2008, Exchange 2003 and 2007, ISA 2000, ISA 2004, and ISA 2006, SMS 2003, SCCM2007, LCS 2005, MOM 2005, SCOM 2007 and BDD 2007 for Qatar Government and banking agencies • Migrated clients’ users and systems from existing Windows NT and Windows 2000 domains to new Windows 2003 domain; deployment included 1000 users and 1000 computers• Designed and implemented LCS 2005 server for Qatar Red Crescent; such solutions provided financial saving, faster response to challenges, appropriate resource allocation and seamless transfer of data within the Ministry of Interior • Technical Support and System Administration for Kuwait’s Public Institute Social Security (PIFSS); maintained and supported Microsoft systems within the PIFSS IT department
