During operational year, work closely with finance and regional operations VP in maintaining and improving standards.Developed and implemented SOP's that improved operations through effective implementation of service to sales, cost reduction, inventory, safety, GMP'S and quality program procedures.Work closely with QA manager in developing and implementing plans and policies to ensure that the plant operates in accordance with FDA guidelines and corporate stablished GMP'S.Work closely with maintenance, administration, shipping and warehousing, Quality assurance and human resources to develop realistic and manageable functional area cost center budgets and assure expense control within budget guidelines.To protect the brand, ensure full compliance to regulatory requirements and to our company requirements and to our quality system.Ensure employees have the responsibility, authority, and funding necessary to maintain a safe workplace, utilize and maintain safe equipment, have adequate safe supplies, have adequate PPE, administrating training and implementing programs, practices and safety policies.Ensure that all aspect of safety program are functioning adequately, I.E. Training, rules and policy conformance, inspection and hazard elimination. Accident investigation and follow up, and safety committee/employee communication.Ensure compliance with HACCP program and AIB gold standards.Supervise and control the completion of stablished standards in reference to consumption, quality, yield, etc.
