 Primary duties include global trade settlements in various global markets such as Switzerland, Germany, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, and UK. Provide securities execution, clearance, and information services to retail and institutional clients. Review current processes, identify system deficiencies and recommend ways to streamline the process to make it more efficient. Analyzing same day and future trades in order to fund for 22 different foreign currencies needed to pay out internationally. Participate in a team environment to give superior customer service to Fidelity’s brokerage businesses. Liaise with middle office in order to provide excellent support to Fidelity’s international trade desk Interact closely with client service, counterparties, and custodian banks as a direct contact to ensure accurate and timely settlements of foreign securities.
