- Ensuring pest control policy implementation and monitoring throughout the DCs, warehouses and trucks through auditing based on the agreed auditing plans. - Making FIFO audit report to ensure the " first in first out policy"of products which affect both the quality of the product and the opportunity of its selling at the market.- Establish solid warehousing practices reports to ensure the proper quality of dispatched products to markets. - Making grading for each DC,key account ,sales trucks and dispatching trucks based on quality standards requirements on the agreed time intervals .- Training for all direct/indirect supply chain members on the needed quality requirements standards.- Supervising the repacking process of returned products and being the gate keeper before reselling to the market based on the required quality standards . - Highlighting sales /customers complains to his superiors based on complains process cycle . - Auditing sales vans based on the required quality standards during loading and unloading of products .- Supervising the classification of returns products .

- Supervise and coordinate all activities related to Quality Control and Quality Assurance inspections for production lines.- Make periodic inspection for production lines to ensure product meets quality standards and specifications are attained.- Supervise compliance with GMP and GHP requirements.- Notifies suppliers and subcontractors of reasons for rejection of materials received.- Issuing required Standard Operating Practices (SOPs) at all times.- Updating all IPC reports and IPC Matrix according to latest Know How.- Monitors of critical control points periodically and take the corrective action in presence of deviation.- Training of new workers on food safety basics and GMP.- Plans, develops, and implements quality assurance programs for field staff, and production lines.
