- Implement CSRD reporting for Aurexia, - Conduct regulatory monitoring (especially of publications from the European Commission and EFRAG),- Create a dashboard for HR policy and CSRD social data monitoring, - Conduct a detailed study of ESRS, - Provide training to Aurexia’s employees on CSRD, and - Contribute to the development of the ESG / CSR offer.

Product Owner (Agile) for two software tools, including a third-party repository and a KYC file interface. These tools are used by KYC and Compliance teams in France and Worldwide :– Gather and prioritize development needs for all users (EMEA/APAC/AMER).– Plan, communicate, and deliver tool’s evolution plan for the year.– Lead projects, developments, and corrective maintenance with a team of 3 Business Analysts and 10 Developers.– Monitor and oversee the remediation of production incidents.Within CAPCO :– Contribute to the development of the ESG practice (regulatory monitoring, publications).

As part of the French government’s recovery plan and future investment programs aimed at assisting companies in the industrial, agri-food, healthcare, and nuclear sectors :– Process grant applications (financial analysis & LCBFT), monitor the progress of applications, and provide reporting to the department director.– The department, comprised of 7 Management Officers, managed grants totaling €975 million.

In collaboration with three Senior Relationship Managers (SMEs-ETIs) specializing in the textile, digital services, and recruitment sectors :– Prepare credit applications and draft KYC reports : renewals of credit lines and loans.– Support the account managers’ prospecting efforts to expand their portfolios.

Responsible for a portfolio of 300 clients (90% Multinationals and 10% Banks/Funds) :– Facilitate the client migration deployment and coordinate stakeholders at all project stages.– Manage the client onboarding process in collaboration with commercial, business, and support teams in France and internationally : regulatory compliance, credit line movements, account openings, KYC, regulatory (MiFIDII, EMIR, Dodd-Frank Act, FATCA), and legal (ISDA/FBF) due diligence.– Conduct meeting, analyze needs, formulate recommendations, communicate the progress of onboarding to HSBC’s senior management..– Design and optimize operational processes, guiding the migration of clients’ regulatory data for HSBC.– Provide training to new team members.

Regulatory Remediation (FATCA & CRS) for approximately 9,000 multinational clients :– Contact clients to ensure compliance with MiFID II, FATCA, and CRS regulations, working closely with compliance and back office teams.

Internship : Energy Transition Researcher, Paris-Dauphine Climate Economics Chair - Conduct a study on biomethane as a fuel in collaboration with GrDF

Within the Office of Responsible Consumption and Production of the General Commissioner for Sustainable Development, I conducted an assessment of the implementation of Article 225 of the Grenelle II law concerning the non-financial reporting of French companies. I also participated in the work on the State's sectoral CSR label project, notably contributing to the establishment of an CSR framework for the BTP SCOP federation.In addition to the work carried out, I had the opportunity to meet and exchange with major players in CSR in France: the CSR platform, AFNOR, CCI France, the National Contact Point, ORSE...This work was carried out as part of a 6 month study internship (from April to September).
