With the creation of our company´s innovative payment orchestration platform, the need for a NOC teams was inevitable. Next to other still ongoing customer care and support projects, and in order to meet the service level agreement set with our clients, we are monitoring and keeping a good eye on the operational systems around the clock, identifying any underlying issue that has to be mitigated in order to ensure the smooth and flawless functioning of the platform, as well as receiving calls from our worldwide B2B clients in case of emergency.

This is my first work experience in a Professional context with all what the term involves. I rate it as "Good" since I/am acquired/ing new skills and bettered some already acquired ones such as managing customer complaints, dealing with many types of requests regarding multiple projects, troubleshooting, the ability to work in a team, managing promotional campaigns from different international business customers, detecting fraudulent payments in the frame of payment authorisations, and many more!

In this position, I learnt how to deal with a class full of students (age range 18 - 28) from different social backgrounds. It was my first experience in teaching where I had to overcome all challenges such as stage-fright, time management, group leadership, etc ...
