- Accountability for the sustainable delivery of the new railway business unit national within this international professional services firm. - Managing the full cycle of the Crystal Palace Station enhancement project which involved planning, progress and control, change and risk management and design co-ordination. In delivering the stretching targets within each phase of the project, extremely efficient planning and delegation skills were required. - Comprehensive progress reviews needed to be completed regularly, any anomalies or short-falls needed to be interrogated and challenged alongside a pro-active response to all issues. Rigorous financial management of project budgets of circa £285,000.- Project Manager (including all aspects of commercial management) for the DDA access programme. Environmental aspects were a key consideration, which demonstrated the ability to take a measured approach towards all stakeholders in a complex project.- Acting as Bid Manager of various projects resources selection, coordinating the bid, commercial aspects, provide responses to quality, environmental, health and safety methods.- Engineering Manager and Adviser for clients on the Silverlink refurbishment programme which included managing the deliverables and providing tailored advice on programme. A detailed technical knowledge was clearly required alongside the ability to manage the day-to-day challenges at a local level alongside the longer-term overarching targets.- Paying due regard to risk management, embedding appropriate controls at all stages.- Managing stakeholder relationships in a mutually beneficial way especially in the remit relating to account management of Network Rail and London Undergound.
