Recruit, supervise, train, coach and evaluate the department employee's performance for achieving the department objectives.Plan, coordinate and implement system, policies and procedures and strategies aimed at controlling the Safety & Security operations management and enhancing image of the GROUP and overall financial performance. Provide operational management team of the GROUP assistance and guidance to maintain effective operational control.Spearheading the establishment of processes for ensuring compliance and adherence to Local Safety & Security Regulations.Responsible for assessing security risks, defining and classifying vulnerabilities of the properties, developing and implementing safeguard measures, recommending acquisition of new technologies.Investigate reports of non-compliance of security guidelines, theft etc.Perform auditing of entire fire & security system from time to time, generating reports and necessary documents. Coordinate with other departments to ensure maximization of efficiency for the department. Direct installation and checking operation of electronic security equipment .
