- Interviewing and selecting members.- Responsible for coaching the Members throughout the year.- Setting the Operational Plan for his/her members.- Managing tasks and connecting between the High Board, Board and his/her Members.- Evaluating members with coordination with HR members.- Reporting tasks' progress to the Vice President.- Getting enough fund by sponsorship to cover all events budget.- Creating a database including the researches done to get companies contacts.-Providing transportation, Wi-Fi and material sponsors.- Providing academic sponsors for the academic workshops.-Upgrading Eng Break portfolio and benefit packages.-Setting the CRM (customer relations management) system with VP.- Expanding the network between Eng Break and sponsors.

-Getting enough fund through sponsorship and donations to cover all event's budget.-making,upgrading,modify in and customizing the benefits.-create the database to get contact of the companies-providing main sponsors for ENGBREAK event-providing academic sponsors for all workshops-providing transportation and wifi sponsor (if needed)-providing material sponsors to serve IR section needs.- satisfy the needs of our sponsors and make sure they receive all the benefits.
