I am an ambitious and highly motivated Leeds Trinity University graduate, having specialised in all elements of Media. I am an enthusiastic sales professional with over 5 years’ experience in customer service and client facing environments, including a years’ experience in events management and nearly 2 years’ worth of experience within the financial sector at Skipton Building Society.My role as a Customer Service Advisor at Skipton Building Society involves me informing customers of all the financial options available to them in line with the financial product they are seeking to purchase or invest in, as well as advising them on a solution specific for their individual need. My role goes beyond general finances however, as I also support customers with later life planning ensuring long term stability for their finances and estates. I also support customers and their solicitors in respect of satisfying the incoming or outgoing lenders requirements when purchasing or selling a property and assisting each party in simplifying and streamlining what can often be a stressful process.As a results-orientated individual, I understand the need to perform tasks to the best of my ability. I have high standards in my work ethic, and I have a proven track record of being successful throughout my career which is down to my resilience, perseverance and enthusiasm to motivate others. I am well-equipped to work individually, as well as part of a team, and adapt well to change.
