Co-founded in 2006 an annual Japanese film and cultural festival called CAMERA JAPAN (camerajapan.nl) in the Netherlands, which celebrated its 17th anniversary this September. Ideate and present a theme for each festival edition, then organize and coordinate the program parts to fit the theme. Conceptualize and develop the design direction along with the theme. Seek out, collaborate with and orchestrate designers, artists, photographers and/or other creative talents to achieve successful, effective and innovative works for the festival. In 2008, eight Dutch cities participated in CAMERA JAPAN and it crossed the borders for the first time with an edition in Brussels/Belgium. With an extensive film program, cutting-edge music and dance performances, contemporary art exhibitions, lectures, workshops and culinary highlights, the festival had established itself as the most versatile and biggest Japanese cultural event in the Benelux attracting more than 10.000 visitors each year.

Lead the creative team for Ask Jerry, a market entry and creative production agency building unique brand solutions for Hospitality and F&B. Conceptualize, direct, oversee and play parts in creation of graphic design, illustration and story-telling for their consumer and industry-facing online F&B communities, a WeChat official account, blog posts, articles, TikTok (抖音) videos, as well as various food and cocktail related events throughout major Chinese cities.

Assist setting up of an in-house design and think-tank studio for an on-line retailer. Lead the design team in creating brand and packaging designs for T-Mall (天猫) one-stop flagship shops for various FMC brands. Other activities include conceptualization for PR events, launching campaigns, consultation with the CEO's for the creative directions and strategies to produce winning presentations for business pitches and mentoring of the designers and marketers in the team.

Manage the marketing and communications activities for the Shanghai office of world's largest design firm (architectural & interior) and ensure that marketing and communications efforts are prioritized and implemented according to the strategic plan, marketing policies and brand of the firm. Oversee the quality of all marketing and communications activities. Mentor and guide a team of a graphic designer, a writer, PR/communications staff, and marketers in the marketing department. Participate in the creative process of conceptualization and design of marketing and PR materials. Work alongside leadership and copywriter to help create branding messages to be incorporated into various client presentations for effective results and establishment of brand recognition.

In charge of German interior design firm’s graphic collaterals and environmental graphics design.

Worked as a member of the re-branding project team for an American architectural firm with over 80 year history. It was the first rebranding effort in more than 40 years. Was in charge of the new brand concepts, strategies, graphic design and involved with the publication and PR work related to the rebranding campaign as well. Mentored junior designers overseeing multipul projects and led them towards successful production. Provided brand consultation, concepts and design work for firm's local clients. Organised exhibitions, maintained social networking media and blogs, handled public relation work with press as part of PR work.

Helped a Finnish architectural design firm create a pitch presentation which won the competition for an urban development project in Nan Jiao, China. The firm was chosen over 4 other international firms including Zaha Hadid Architects.

Created all the graphical print materials, portfolio, competition submissions and website, as well as conceptualizing and designing the presentations and publications for an Anglo-Dutch architectural firm. Also handled all their PR works
