In charge of 28 technical and business process specialists, with thorough understanding of the business processes and the SAP functionalities used to automate over 95% of all business activities in CCH. Responsible to deliver consulting services to end users, resolution of SAP application issues (incidents) and fulfillment of standard operational changes in SAP ERP, CRM, BW, HR, SRM and other interfaced with SAP systems such as:• Global Expense Reporting System (Service owner for the system; over 35000 users)• LEO (Logistics Execution Optimizer)• MWMS, MLS, LTS (mobile warehouse and production solutions)• EFlow (electronic document exchange system)• Sales Force Mobile Applications• Transportation Portal System (Used by 3rd party vendors for logistics services)• Business Backlog Monitoring Tool (Transaction in SAP ERP. Used to monitor the backlog for business processes)• CPS.v8 (SAP background job scheduling tool)Other services delivered by the team:• Functional testing for release packages and annual releases• Knowledge sharing initiatives with country IT service desks teams (first level of support, 28 countries)• Participation in project implementation and on-site support• 24/7 support and on-call support for the WHM and Logistics execution processes• Execution of system “house-keeping” and “health check” procedures• Execution and automation of SAP data archiving
