Reduced costs, used customer success programs to increase 2nd product sales to 25% and increased retention from 58% to 80%.Led a complete restructuring of the company in 2012 in the additional capacity Head Talent, reducing the workforce at all levels by 30% and resulting in payroll savings of Rs. 180 million per annum.Spearheaded the 'Simplicity' project for the company, using digital strategies to significantly reduce wasteful customer interactions and service response time for critical transactions - surrenders, change requests. -
