I worked as Senior HR advisor for Accenture operations, One of the best business process outsourcing services provider, which nurtures young mind and provide best solution to its clients focused on client satisfaction and reliability. My role was subject matter expert in employee life cycle management. Also, I was the first point of contact when advirosrs require process assistance, ensuring we meet client deliverables, meeting deadlines, ensuring that the quality of work woow's the clients. Also, I had to constantly be in touch with the HR Business Partners and Service Delivery Manager and ensure that the 7000 employees businesses life cycle is managed smoothly.Our most exciting work to date was managing 7000 employees Annual pay review and successfuly completing the activity with accuracy, that too 10 days before deadline, in 2016. Not only were exited working on the project and having fun. but also we found it rewarding to see the results.Accenture was my first employer,since I graduated in 2013. I have been a part of their wonderful journey until March 2017.I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other business savvy's​. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives.
