CurrentUberX Share team: Jan 2024 - present- Growth-oriented vertical team, responsible for end-to-end product experience (UX, pricing, matching) for Uber’s flagship ridesharing product UberX Share (formerly UberPool), responsible for both topline growth and core efficiency improvements that unlock profitable growth.Rider Incentives team: June 2021 - Dec 2023- Mature platform team, facilitating $XB+ of annual spend on marketplace rider incentives.- Delivered appx +X.X% (appx. +$XXXM) topline business value impact across 2022 and 2023 (an outsized ~15% share of overall Marketplace tech team impact relative to 500-person organization).- Launched novel 0 to 1 promo product (Realtime Promos, the biggest contributor to impact above), requiring navigation of complicated web of stakeholders, including Tech, Operations, Legal, Policy, UX, and requiring development of novel product principles, operating models, and user experiences.- Led team to deliver portfolio of incremental efficiency improvements to core ML rider-targeting platform (Globalized Targeting Models, Surge-Aware Promos, Churned Rider Promos, Multiproduct Promos). - Drove marketplace-level thought leadership on measuring and accounting for long term effects from rider promotions, through several long-term holdout experiments.
