At Cogent Risk, and previously as an independent consultant, provide analytics, valuation and risk planning services to venture capital and private equity firms, government and university research institutions, security advisory firms, family foundations and multi-national corporations.

Fully qualified instructor including special qualification to lead "high-risk" training operations.Trained, motivated and mentored over 200 candidates to become fully qualified Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewmen (special boat operators).Created the first Naval Special Warfare special boat recruiting program.

Qualified and held positions in all aspects of special boat operations (engineering, weapons, electronic communications, cryptography, sensors, navigation and piloting) and all relevant leadership positions from line-handler to Officer-in-Charge.Planned and conducted over two dozen successful special operations missions in the Middle East and other international locations.In-house instructor at Special Boat Unit/Team 12 while not deployed.
