Inducted as a Core Member in the Projects Team of Cynaptics Club

I took up the mantle of the Contingent Leader of IIT Indore for Inter IIT Techmeet 12.0, a competition where the Top Engineering Institutes of India (IITs) compete against each other in various problem statements. I led the contingent of 87 students, from various departments, courses and technical backgrounds.Under my leadership, the Indore contingent bagged 5 medals, making us the third highest medal scorer among all IITs!As the Contingent Leader, I was responsible for:1) Understanding the Problem Statements and accordingly forming teams.2) Ensuring proper allocation of space and tools required for each problem statement.3) Managing the Travel of the contingent to Madras and back, taking care of the expenses and people travelling.This role required me to not only have a diverse technical background but also to have a strong managerial background which required me to develop interpersonal relationships, make tough decisions and take quick actions whenever needed.
