I am a final-year Chemical and Process Engineering undergraduate with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. My academic journey has been enriched by hands-on experience at MAS Vaanavil, where I developed my skills in process optimization and sustainable manufacturing practices. My research focuses on the impact of air pollution on agricultural crops, using advanced sensor technologies to predict crop yield in polluted areas and contributing to future agricultural planning. Additionally, my work in managing a wastewater treatment plant model at JRDC and designing high-standard filter materials has strengthened my dedication to advancing clean water technologies and reducing environmental contamination.In addition to my academic and professional endeavors, I have been actively involved in Project WeCare under AIESEC in Sri Lanka. As the Logistics Coordinator, I was responsible for organizing efforts to provide clean drinking water plant and medical assistance to the Kanthapuram village school in the Vavuniya District. My role involved close collaboration with the Regional Director of Health Services (RDHS) and the Medical Officer of Health (MOH) to ensure the successful execution of health camps and the selection of schools with critical water quality issues.With a passion for solving real-world problems through innovative engineering solutions and a commitment to driving positive change, I am eager to apply my skills and experiences to projects that promote sustainability and community well-being.
