With a strong background in the fashion sector, I have been driving growth and leading successful transformations in the industry.Over the years, I have held various roles within CityGoddess.co.uk, starting as a Sales Executive and Marketing Manager from November 2011 to May 2015. During this time, I honed my skills in sales and marketing, gaining a deep understanding of the industry and its dynamics.In May 2015, I transitioned to the position of Business Development Manager, where I spearheaded strategic initiatives to expand the company's reach and boost revenue. It was here that I truly thrived, leveraging my expertise to open new accounts, nurture relationships, and maximize their potential. With dedication and a small but high-performing team, I achieved an impressive turnover.Recognizing the importance of staying ahead in the industry, I took on the role of Fashion Portfolio Manager in November 2019. In this capacity, I not only managed the fashion portfolio but also ventured into the realm of technology. I led the development of innovative apps to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity. In December 2021, I was appointed as the CEO of City Goddess and Goddiva. In this position, I oversee the entire business operation, manage IT Teams, work with external agencies, Set-up back office operations in overseas, and continue to lead the company towards new heights. Alongside my CEO role, I played a pivotal role in launching Kugans.com from scratch, building numerous retail supermarket apps, and managing diverse teams, including the IT team and managing it now.Throughout my career, I have developed a diverse skill set that encompasses leadership, mentorship, project management, team building, sales, digital and offline marketing, SEO & PPC, technology innovation, AI app development, brand creation and development, international business development, and strategy development.My ultimate goal is to build or transform businesses through the power of AI and technology. I thrive on devising effective strategies and implementing innovative solutions that create a lasting impact.With a focus on the fashion sector, both in retail and wholesale, as well as experience in the grocery retail business, I bring a unique perspective to the table.
