• Credit Underwriting of Personal Loan, based on Company policy & Norms.• Ensuring compliance of the credit policy process within TAT.• Checking credibility of cases based on documents provided (KYC, Banking, CIBIL, Business/Income Proof documents).• To Co-ordinate with sales team to resolving documents shortfall & other related query.• Conduct Telephonic discussion with customer to establish Credit worthiness.• Closely monitoring the client CIBIL and client loan portfolio.• Checking client eligibility for the loan credit worthiness by looking at the other loans and payment history.• Entering Details of Customers in LOS (Login Operation System. Viz. Organization Software).• Conduct RCPV & BCPV if required as per policy.• Calculate manual Banking ABB & CIBIL Obligation to check customer eligibility.• Responsible for credit underwriting and credit appraisal of personal loan.• Manage credit quality and control delinquencies.• Checking Re-work mail and process within TAT.
