Worked on collaborative components of my PhD research for creating data collection formats, initiating interaction with State Evaluation Offices, collecting information from them. Worked on knowledge data base management for the website. Created a tool for assessing quality of evaluation reports.

Selected in the first cohort of Research For Impact Fellowship, started by JPAL South Asia in 2018-19, through a rigorous selection process involving 4 month online coursework, 2 day training and telephonic interviews. Worked with the Policy and Governance Research Program vertical, on an RCT being conducted in collaboration with Government of Maharashtra to test the take up of cash in lieu of kind benefits.Worked on IEC material development, process documentation and calculation of equivalent cash amount using existing guidelines.

Managing Technology and Development Solutions Cell, a project under Centre for Technology Alternatives for Rural Areas, IIT Bombay where we take up consultancy projects for government agencies, CSRs, companies and NGOs in development sector.I am responsible for managing the team, handling administrative tasks, rolling out projects, working on developing methodologies for specific projects, interacting with stakeholders (especially clients).

Setting up the centre, coordinating its activities and implement projects for regional development.
