Hi, my name is Yating Zhang and I am currently a Senior student in Rutgers Business School. I am majoring in marketing & supply chain management and I have a strong interest in business since I was young. It is all because of my father; He is a businessman in seafood production, and watching his work inspired me to follow in his footsteps into the business world. After having more experience in the business field, I realized that I want to run my own business in person in the future.So, my short-term goal is to figure out if marketing is right major for me and what else should I know as a businesswoman, what’s more, graduate with my major in two years. For my long-term goal, I always believe that only get a job which is about marketing is not enough for me to live a better life, and since life is full of big data now, I think it would be a great idea to combine business and data together, in that case, my long term goal is to gat a master degree in Brand Management.
