• To encourage the use of AAC Blocks as a walling material. AAC blocks are made with Fly Ash which is an Industrial waste. AAC is very advantageous because it is environmentally friendly and qualifies as a ‘green’ building material from manufacturing to recycling.• Represented Biltech at various exhibitions such as Acetech and Bace in Delhi, Ahmedabad and Guwahati. Also organized various sales meetings in Maharashtra and Kolkatta.• Generated sales through exhibitions and ensured timely collections for the same. Got various commercial and residential projects while generating leads.• Have developed new clients and retained old clients. Have also helped develop the AAC market in Uttarakhand and appointed sales agents for the territory. • Prepared and presented a Marketing Budget for the company and ensured adherences thereto.• Conducted research and analysis on-ground requirements and realities of the market scenario via interactions with agents and distributors. • Made MIS and AOP reports of the entire sales team across all territories ensuring that targets were met with relevance to sales and collections.

• Did an assignment for Balco, which is a leading steel manufacturer in India. The study included a market entry strategy for Balco to enter the international market. • Conducted a market survey on Cavin Care (one of the leading cosmetic manufacturers) for internal purposes.

• Prepared an internal report on the disinvestment of ITDC (India Tourism Development Corporation). ITDC is a public sector undertaking which owns several hotels at prime locations countrywide. • The report included traveling to all ITDC hotels in the NCR and doing a research on the internet for the same. The report concluded profit and loss making ITDC hotels.

• Escotel was one of the first mobile service providers in India. The internship was to merely understand the functionality of cellular phones and how it was managed.• Compiled a project on competitor analysis based on pricing and strategy. • Was sent to Panipat and Sonepat for two weeks to conduct a market survey on consumer preferences
