I am a Bioinformatics Ph.D. Student at the Weizmann Institute, studying intra-tumor microbiome. Alongside my Ph.D, I design and implement bioinformatics R&D pipelines in CRISPR-driven diagnostics realms, as part of a part-time job I’m maintaining. My excitement lies in using machine learning tools to push the boundaries of research and contribute to the scientific community. I'm highly motivated, a self-learner, and I enjoy collaboration. I'm well-versed in Python and comfortable with a range of data science tools.
