• Launch and development a new channel - On-Trade• Development year strategy of the channel• Developing programs and activities for sales force, customers, distributors, retail outlets, • Planning programs aimed to increase the volume of purchases, to increase the SKU, to increase the share shelf share, to reduce outstanding receivables. • Estimation of efficiency: trade equipment, TM programs for sales force, distribution and using of POS materials.• Development, storage and accounting trade equipment and POS materials.• Planogram and merchandising standards development.• Work with the purchasing, service, marketing and sales departments for analysis, testing of beer equipment, vendor selection and branding.• Development strategy of “summer program” - tents, umbrellas, furniture, rollbars, branding outlets etc.• Development investment contracts and conditions for Key Accounts.• Responsibility for workflow and implementation of investment agreements.

• Supervise the development, execution, and performance of all Trade Marketing initiatives.• Assign and schedule creative duties.• Select and manage vendor relationships required to execute initiatives.• Secure approvals from all stakeholders (marketing, sales, wholesalers, and retail customers).• Ensure all projects are deployed on time and within budget.• Facilitate regular assignment reviews with Marketing Managers, to ensure awareness of trade/chain brand activity and ensure programs adhere to brand standards.• Lead the development of an annual Strategic Trade Marketing Plan.• Provide tactical and communication support for all Chain-specific Marketing initiatives• Create and customize sales support materials.• Write and distribute communication to sales team and wholesalers.• Gather results of all major trade initiatives and provide analysis.• Review and process all vendor invoices related to Trade Marketing activities.• Monitor industry news and report on best practices.
