- Installing and maintaining water systems supporting laboratories, pharmaceutical, dialysis and industrial size washers/rinse systems- Providing disinfection control on water treatment systems and conveyance equipment- Offering bespoke consultation and troubleshooting - Working with industry leaders like Elga, George Fischer, Grundfos, Pentair to name a few

-Operated and maintained desalination and brackish water reverse osmosis systems, vapour distillation and potable water bottling systems-Ensured all equipment of the water treatment process were performing efficiently i.e multimedia membrane filters, activated carbon filters, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps-Used both SCADA and manual controls to interpret data and perform corrective actions as they pertain to maintaining optimal water treatment and plant performance i.e chlorine residual, pressure, flow rates,electricity consumption, pH etc.-Comfortable working as a team member or alone, in adverse weather and being on 24/7 stand-by.

-Provided water hygiene consultancy (Legionella Risk Assessments) and site inspections to keep facilities in guidance with British HSE L8 (Fourth edition) and reduce water system risks-Diagnosed and examined all areas of water systems such as cisterns, plumbing fixtures, reverse osmosis units, water softeners, irrigation systems and associated pipework amongst other components-Designed solutions to ensure clients’ water management schemes, certifications and risk reductions were of the highest standard and fully effective; including schematics and water analyses sample points-Created my own work schedule and often worked in remote locations alone-Was able to exceed company expectations and earned over £60,000 in 8 months-Invited to work for NATO/Ministry of Defence in Germany and Belgium.

-Performed water analysis including Coliform Count, Total Plate Count, yeast and mould analysis, chlorine concentrations in raw and treated water for beverage production-Performed maintenance and monitoring on reverse osmosis units, UV lights, carbon filters Ozone generators and chemical dosing pumps -Ensured the correct Brix, carbon dioxide and volume was to each brands’ specific standard.
